We

– these are young people committed to personal development, looking for
inspiration to shape their active civic engagement. Each of the participants
has experience with topics related to discrimination and can give his/her contribution
to the project.
We
started the discussion with thorough discussion of the program for the project.
The objectives of the training are:
- To develop the capacity of participants to use non-formal methods and human rights education for personal development of the young from discriminated groups;
- To acquire knowledge in order to sustain an advertising campaign against discrimination, to enhance tolerance and respect for cultural diversity;
- To promote volunteerisms a necessary action to achieved activities with young discriminated people.
The
discussion continued with day-by-day analysis of the program. We talked over
NGO Fair and prepared for the Bulgarian night. All of the participants in the training
shared their opinion over discrimination matters, that have grasped
recently their attention. A list of topics related to and close to
discrimination has been prepared, over which BAP NGO members can share
experience and talk during the training course “Empowerment against
discrimination”
After the end of the training course, BAP NGO
is planning to launch its “Awareness Rising Campaign” in order to alarm the
public about the importance of the tolerance. BAP NGO believes rising awareness
is fundamental in order to achieve a world with less discrimination.
The
meeting went on with the discussion of transportation matters. The three
